Through in-house trainings, webinars, and seminars of products and applications of materials, we continue to stay abreast on the newest the industry has to offer. Through weekly staff meetings our team educates itself on what’s new and what’s happening in local and national commercial construction.
Rich Duncan Construction commits to the safety of our employees and each building project through a strict drug policy and is a member of the Drug Free Workplace Program. Our team follows the OSHA-approved training program and safety is monitored and strictly enforced through weekly staff meetings and our on-staff safety officer.
