In 2010, Rich Duncan Construction took on the interior remodel and change of use project to ready a space for a new video studio. Remodeling to the space included production studios and editing suites equipped with state-of-the-art production equipment. The remodel included a conference room, break room, and offices for the key players that AVP keeps on staff to meet any need of its clients. The more than $500,000 project was a huge success and the building construction and design ensures this company can continue to “do every job right”.
