Constructed in 2008, this location on Sifton Road was the first ground up McDonald’s project for our Rich Duncan Construction crews. The operator of this location has multiple locations throughout Clark County that we have been able to work with during other remodel projects. Totaling over one million dollars it was also the first restaurant in the region to usher in a new design style for the McDonald’s restaurants.
