Crews broke ground June 2015 for the new development of the Advanced Security building. This project is a redevelopment of the corner lot at 13th and Cross St. The Fryman building started with 3 existing homes, which were demoed. A new 5600 sq ft state-of-the-art building was built, a 3000 sq ft, two-story space for Advanced Security, and a 2600 sq ft tenant lease space. The Project was completed in mid-March of 2016.
