A second location for Physiq Fitness on Commercial St SE in Salem, this building offers close to 20,000 sq ft of space for a new fitness health gym.
This open space with raw concrete required a small amount of demo, structural upgrades, framing for walls and the finishes and flooring necessary to accommodate all services offered at this location. Our crews constructed areas for full-size locker rooms, massage rooms, tanning beds, a smoothie bar, large group exercise room and the Q-Max theater. The Q-Max theater offers top quality cardio equipment, state-of-the-art surround sound system and a twelve-foot projection screen.
The interior tenant improvement project began in October and was completed January 2014.
