A complete interior/exterior renovation was needed by the Rich Duncan Construction crew to convert this indoor shooting gallery into medical college, including classrooms, offices, and clinical spaces. Our crews met the demands and had the expertise required of The Institute of Technology’s (Valley Medical College) unique needs for its state-of-the-art medical equipment and training facilities. The project was completed in 2012 and totaled just over $900,000.
