Salem’s newest luxury Class A office building and the city’s latest iconic structure, is located on the riverfront near the new pedestrian bridge to Minto-Brown Island Park. Breathtaking views of the riverfront and Mt. Hood leave tenants feeling inspired as they gaze from their office window. Totaling four stories and 30,000 square feet, Park Front is a structural steel building with concrete decks and an exterior skin made up of a tall glass curtain wall, metal panels, and a timeless brick pattern. Park Front was a complicated design-build project with many elements that required dedication and commitment from RDC who was an integral part of the design process. We collaborated with the design team for a year, bringing to the table over 30 years of experience and specific skills to help guide the team, including: project constructability review of all phases of design, value engineering, and cost analysis to provide the means and methods to facilitate project delivery efficiently, on time, and on budget.
