Several KeyBank locations have undergone interior and exterior updates and remodels. During the course of several months, KeyBank contracted with Rich Duncan Construction to provide structural and facade updates to locations around the state. As the general contractor for these financial institutions, we know how important safety and privacy are to customers and staff. We work to accommodate the banking hours by scheduling around daily operations to avoid unnecessary interruptions. Our crews are also working during non-banking hours and days for the convenience of our customers and their banking clients. Depending on the scope of work, projects have varied between $100,000-200,000 and take approximately four-eight weeks for completion.
