Oak Park Dental Breaks Ground:
A more perfect morning could not have greeted the group that gathered to support Dr. Dan O’Leary and his staff as they excitedly broke ground for their upcoming project. Partnering with Dr. O’Leary to construct their new twelve operatory clinic in the North Salem Gateway Community, Rich Duncan Construction was on-site to share in this ground-breaking and ribbon cutting ceremony as this project gets underway.
The project will be ground-up construction for a state-of-the-art dental facility, Oak Park Dental, which will allow Dr. O’Leary and staff to better serve their patients. As a local dentist for twenty-seven years, Dr. O’Leary has demonstrated an even deeper commitment and dedication to the Salem-area community with this investment of real estate, time and financial resources for the new clinic. The new facility will allow the staff to provide additional services and procedures while offering their patients improvements to the quality of care.
Designed by Gene Bolante of Studio 3 Architecture, Dr. O’Leary is excited to see a five-year dream in the making become a reality as the architect captured his design vision and then partnered with our team for construction. Listen as Dr. O’Leary shares a few words about what this new dream means to him and thanks the team involved with making it a reality on our YouTube channel.
The new dental clinic is set for a December 2014 completion and Dr. O’Leary and staff will re-locate to 3380 Astoria Way NE in Salem (at the corner of Portland Road NE).
