Dawn Killough Win’s Award

Dawn Killough from Rich Duncan Construction was recognized as the 2016 WIC (Woman In Construction) of the Year for Salem’s NAWIC (National Association of Women In Construction) chapter. She has been very active in the chapter’s activities since she joined three years ago. Dawn was recognized last year as both the chapter’s and the region’s Future Leader of the Year, which recognizes members who are extremely active in their first two years of membership. She has served as chapter Treasurer and Membership Chairman for the past two years, been active with Construction Career Day for the past three years, and manages the chapter’s web site. Dawn has worked at Rich Duncan Construction as a Contract Administrator since April 2012.
