PORTLAND, OR. — Rich Duncan Construction Receives Oregon Business 100 Best Companies 2015 Award

Oregon Business honors Rich Duncan Construction, Inc. as one of Oregon’s 100 Best Companies to work for in 2015.  For the last 22 years, Oregon Business magazine has judged the top companies based off of employees’ opinions on a wide range of workplace statements as well as a questionnaire about employer benefits.

An employee of Rich Duncan Construction stated, “at Rich Duncan Construction we are not just a small business: we are a family.” This mindset is seemingly shared with the rest of the employees as their anonymous reviews of their employer and their overall satisfaction with their current jobs led to this distinguished award for the company.

All of the winners will be celebrated at a dinner event at the Oregon Convention Center on Thursday, February 26, 2015, where the top ranked companies will be announced to the public. The complete list of 2015 100 Best Companies will be revealed in the March issue of Oregon Business magazine.
