
Since 2002, Rich Duncan Construction, Inc has gained vast experience in all facets of construction. Our team specializes in commercial construction, including: exterior and interior remodel, renovation and new builds, as well as tenant improvements to retail or commercial spaces. We believe honesty and integrity are crucial when partnering on all projects to ensure satisfaction at completion.
We have developed the talent and ability to bring to each project,the professional relationship with architects, engineers and designers needed for a successful project completion. The right TEAM from the early stages of a project ensures constant communication and leaves no unanswered questions. We are able to troubleshoot challenges and implement solutions that fulfill each client’s needs. With our “can-do” attitude we have developed a reputation as a quality firm that gets the project done right and on time. We offer competitive pricing and give 110% time and attention to the project with a long list of satisfied clients.
Our staff maintains continuing education through in-house trainings, seminars and weekly staff meetings on products and applications of materials. We have a strict drug policy and are members of the Drug Free Workplace Program. Our employees follow OSHA’s approved 10 hour min. safety training program and are monitored by our safety officer.
Richard Duncan, President, and member of American Institute of Constructors (AIC), began his construction career in 1989 by attending college for building construction. With more than thirty years experience in the industry, he has been able to increase not only his knowledge, but the ability to assemble a qualified team of employees to provide the best service, quality and customer service.
